The Road is a review game based on the apocalyptic novel by Cormac McCarthy.

Students take turns moving through an animated pop-up book inspired by the gritty setting of the novel.

Teams take turns answering multiple choice questions about plot, literary devices, and vocabulary. Teams start with three tin cans of food. Using one can will eliminate one incorrect answer. Players should watch out for landing on the skull and cross bones, though, because it could be good or bad!
