Important Information For Existing tpet.com Customers:
- Your account information, order history, and downloadable files from the old website are not available on the new site. You need to set up a new account. We sent out several notices and posted a notice on the old site's home page to let you know this would happen. You may access your old account at www.tpet2.com until December 31, 2016. If you need help, contact us.
- If you need to access your CYO subscription you may go to tpet2.com and log in using your old login email address and password. This will be available to you until approximately December 31, 2016.
I wasn't able to get as much onto the new site as I had hoped. However, you'll find this site to be much FASTER, easier to navigate, and better for mobile devices than the old site was--and we'll be working to get many new products and features added as quickly as possible.
One thing you'll like is the FREE SHIPPING in the USA. I'm testing this to see if it is sustainable or not. I hope it will be. It simplifies checkout and saves you some money. Of course, nothing is "free." What it means is that I am paying your shipping for you, usually at standard (or close to standard) USPS or UPS rates.
